All of these Flawless reviews are correct. I wished there were a higher ranking for the attorneys who are above the Bar. That's a joke, but not really. If you have an injury while on the job and the insurance carrier denies your claim, you must call the Elliot Law Firm! Insurance companies are notorious for denying your injury, which happened to me. Mark Elliot is the most experienced lawyer I've ever known! He's like a bull dog in your defense and knows the laws inside and out. I suffered a terrible back injury on the job which resulted having three major surgeries within five years. Not once did i have to worry about my disability pay and or worry about unpaid medical bills. Even going through all the pain and suffering, I walked away with a very large settlement in which I was able to establish an annuity to replace my disability payments for thirty years. I was no longer able to work again. The best part was his fees were much below the average lawyer, so no need to worry about is integrity. Additionally, is staff is always available and they are absolutely the best in following up and returning your calls. This is a real testimonial coming from an indivual that lost everything when I got hurt. Mark was the one who picked up the pieces and fought for me. You can not win on your own. The system is much too complicated with rules and denials for everything. Satisfactory will only be determined by a lawyer. Hello for anyone reading. I’ve never had to deal with filing a lawsuit or even know anything about law. I called because a problem came up (legal of course) and I have no idea how to even start where to even go. I called cause I hoped that I would get some questions answered or even some help. Right away the lady asked how she could help and after she let me explain what was going on she told me that one I need to put myself together and that that wouldn’t take my business anyway cause they don’t have employe lawyers. Just very unprofessional didn’t give me no recommendations on who to even go to for an employee lawyer or where to even find one and just hung up. Just please call anywhere else before here!!

Called because I wanted a consultation to help me understand what to do or expect going into the disability application process and was immediatly shut down and told they won't even talk to me until I have been denied. They then suggested I call another attorney to consult me initially, but then wanted me to call them the instant I was denied. WHY would anyone want to call you back after they already found help with another attorney?
